161 HOPEFUL EXAMINEES FROM MIMAROPA TOOK THE FSP NATIONAL QUALIFYING EXAM FOR SY 2023-2027
The DA-BFAR MIMAROPA Regional Fisheries Training and Fisherfolk Coordination Division (RFTFCD)-Fisheries Manpower Development Training and Scholarship Unit conducted the Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP) National Qualifying Examination for SY 2023-2027 on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 (𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆). The FSP is granting full college scholarship to qualified high school graduates and graduating students who are interested to pursue a four-year BS Fisheries course. The FSP has three components, namely the Fisheries Children Educational Grant (FCEG), the Fisheries Industry Leaders Grant (FILG), and the Fisheries Scholarship Program-Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (FSP-ICCs/IPs).
This year, a total of 𝟭𝟲𝟭 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 —out of 𝟭𝟴𝟰 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 —took the National Qualifying Examination (NQE) at various testing centers around the Region, with a 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱-𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟴𝟳.𝟱%. The deserving applicants may fill the 𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆-𝘀𝗶𝘅 (𝟮𝟲) 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀, which include 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 (𝟯) 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗚, 𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 (𝟮𝟬) 𝗙𝗖𝗘𝗚, and 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 (𝟯) 𝗙𝗦𝗣-𝗜𝗖𝗖𝘀/𝗜𝗣𝘀.
Examinees will be notified individually of the examination result by the 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.
